Is it true that only Hanna Reitsch & W. Späht did get the IC I as a zivilian?

Hi all,

I'm working on a book about Germand Tank Maintenance in WWII. A Tiger Veteran wrote me that their civilian Ingenieur got the EK I and that only Hanna Reitsch did get it as a civilian. Is that true? And if not, how many (approximately) other civilians did get it?
