RK awarded to Hauptmann Karl-Ludwig Kiene
      Regiments-Adjutant Grenadier-Regiment 309.
      Awarded on: May 8th 1945

This grouping was offered by Bene Merenti Auctions... but I can't find this holder on any of the postwar archives...

Aparently (and according to the selling site) he was presented with the Knight's Cross by his CO Generalmajor Hans Piekenbrock.

He did served with the Bundeswehr and achieved the rank of Oberst.

Brosows grouping has been discussed and nothing make any sense. In my opinion only the documents comes from Brosow - the rest is added.

The price for the Franzisket is very high !! 18.000 US $ for this i get nearly a complete knights cross winner estate (medals+documents).
