On the 228th page of this thread is a RK Preliminary award document to SS-Standartenführer Alfons Rebane and on 220th page is the same document + Oak leaves award document. Both of these documents were for sale on Andreas Thies auctionhouse some months ago. Now the RK document is coming up for sale on the next Andreas Thies auction in the end of September. The document is a part of bigger lot which is full of fake items. I am almost convinced that the RK document is a fake also and would like to hear some other opinions.

This is a photo of the Ordenskissen (funeral-pillow) of SS-Sturmbannführer Friedrich Richter during his burial ceremony on August 31st, 1989.

Despite this is not a wartime KC, I think it's an interesting photo to post on this thread. Richter was an unofficial RKT who, according to several sources, got the Knight's Cross on May 9th, 1945 as Kommandeur, III. Bataillon, SS-Panzergrenadier-Regiment 21, 10. SS-Panzer-Division "Frundsberg".
