    I'm no signature expert, but to my eye, the signatures on the Haase VB and the EL VB appear done by the same hand.

      Hi Daniel,

      Nice find - this is exactly how I would expect to a '45-dated VB. The Maisel signature is classic. Seeing that Maisel was in fact signing VB's that day (8 Feb) makes my comfort level with the Haase VB drop dramatically.

        This is what puzzle me, a second clerk and signature.... sure posible and happen before but rare. All days we learn more.

          Are we sure date in citations are the signing date? I wonder if can be done by other official and/or signed at other day.

          VB, Wehrpass and some photos comes from the family who still retain some pieces and, for me, is rare that they faked the citation.

          Open to discuss not claiming that I know all and my word is law.
