Yes this KC was found on the old house without ribbon with some other small items on army shouelance.this may happen once in a lifetime - maybe !
Im happy that KC stay in this condition near 70 Years! 98% black paint, stil silver finish with patina,.. cross with character !

EK1 rare variant with double MM on pin L/16 and 4 with LDO box and Ek2 with MM 4 re minty crosses.

Hi there, I think, now that you have put these up for sale on the estand that we need a much larger photos of the crosses - especially zoomed pictures of the arms showing any possible dye imperfections

Here we go I find some scans of this nice early S&L Knight Cross micro 800.
Like you can see this cross is just a little worn ,no hard dents,uncleaned. 98% of black paint and silver finish with patina.
Loop is also textbook marked 800 like on the rim.much more nicer in hand like on this scans.

Wow, what a stunning set!

But now it seems to be the time for buying excellent crosses!

There are 4 KCs and 3 (?) GCs on the E-Stand and HERMANN HISTORICA has also a lot of very nice crosses (KCs and GCs) for sale.

Lasting for months there was nothing and now they appear "by the dozen".

....need a money-printing machine....
