Maker number 136?

Hi guys, I need your help because I'm doing a deep research about the Memel medals.
I've found this maker marks on a ring (this is the only picture I have) and I need to know if it's an original one or if it can be a fake.
The number seems to be "136".

Just for comparison, I think these I post below are fakes marks.
"16" and "L/58".

136, J.Wagner & Sohn is a WW1 maker I believe
