Actually, it is a Spanish Cross in Bronze(?) w/Swords & should be in the Crosses of the Wehrmacht Forum. Maybe some kind Moderator will move it.

Droop tail eagles, wings not attached, bad color, bad hardware. IMO a fake. Would await verification from crosses forum. There is a very nice bronze one on E-stand right now.
