Its supposed to be on a 1939 EK, sure you can put it onto an 1914.

But i was assuming the spange was a replacement of the iron cross 1939?
So imagine a 1939 cross with this spange, that's the same not???

It could be for an WW1 veteran with both EK-s!

Sorry? This should be on a 1914 ek2, it is called a "Wiederholungsspange"

The ek2 is a nice 1914 example, I don't know anything about spanges..

                  Best,

Honestly, if you don't know, then ask. Don't state something as a fact unless you know it to be one.

The Spange looks like a good Deumer but better photos would help. The cross is a nice one by J. Godet. In my opinion it is from the interwar period (1920s - 1930s).

The entire set looks just fine to me.
                            Best regards,
