        So you have a copper core EK1 .... nice .
        The main chalange with copper cores is .... being not magnetic and most times Ni plated .... and mistaken for brass . There supposed to be a hand full of early makers that used copper cores .

          Early Deumer ek's (Schinkels as well) have a copper core with no plating

          Most other non-magnetic crosses have a brass core, or zinc.

            Here she is. Copper core or copper plated? I am not sure how to tell. It is non mag

                Well Nick ... the only way to be certain is to inconspicuosly scrape one of the vertical edges on the swastika to realy find out . Totaly up to you . The only way I could find out .
