Looks like a 1960's - 1970's era Rudolf Souval Fake - the dipping 3 being the key. They should sell for $400 or more...

Interesting Souval with both the "800" AND "L/58" mark ... however postwar, still collectible IMO.

Must have fed the mice a few more slices of cheese. They started the wheel again and the link now works. Internet service there like two tin cans and a string.

Matthieu and Eindecker are right, it is a postwar Souval piece ant the "3" is the key to it.
