Help with EK1 medal and case

A week ago I bought this EKI and case
The case is marked in red, but I can't read it. My first opinion was L/55

I also would like to know the maker of the EKI, there is a mark under the hook, but I can't see any number.

EK 1 is a Deumer "3" & case is L/55 ("L/55" are often marked in red on cases)
