EK2 Spange maker?

Hi all,

I saw this spange on another forum and initially thought it was a Deumer. Now I'm not so sure after a little research.

Any ideas/comments on it?

Thanks Jon. It was really bugging me as the more i looked the more I could see it wasn't a Deumer but I couldn't find what it did match up with.
