Honestly I have not seen anything wrong. The seller says that probably enamel is repaired, is this ?

I don't see anything wrong with it. I can't - of course - not comment on the enamel of the swastika. However, there are models which don't have the surface of the enamel ground flat. That is not necessarily a bad sign but can be observed.
