KVK2 w/o swords

Hi. Here's a KVK2 w/o swords I recently bought. It seems to have an almost "copper" like appearance under the bronze wash. I know these were die-struck. I thought they were either solid brass or zinc with a bronze wash. Is this a fake?

A good one.

I like these. The only ones I like better are the ones that are almost chocolate in colour.
