EK2 and bag - any good?

I am offered this one and as this would be my 2nd EK1, I would not allow myself to have a reliable understanding of these items yet.

Both look okay. Just curious... is the bag stamped W&H on the reverse? The cross looks like it might be one, but it's hard to say for sure.

The current owner told me that the cross is not marked and the bag reads Rudolf Souval Wien 62/VII.

Does that change any of your first impression?

Not really. I'm sure the bag is fine. Does not go with the cross though. I guess we'd need better photos of the "1813" date to really rule out an unmarked 333 fake EK2. There is a flaw at the top of the second "1" on this extremely annoying fake.
