          Frank, how similiar is the center texturing on this Shinkel cross compared to that "type B" one you have?

            ok im new to this but are you saying that the ek2 came as a one stamp piece not three piece aswell???? if this the case i take it the dimple effect the clue to solid pieces????????????????

              @Mark: not enough similarity there to say they are from the same maker

              @Chris: It is a phenomenon that many curious, early EK1s and EKs, such as one piece items, Schinkel B types, some other round threes come with a stippled core rather than a smooth one.
