Interesting EK1 Marked [100] with Unusual Pin Setup!

Did not know, that W&L use another pin setup!
Did you see this pin setup on a W&L before?

I'm interested in the maker mark. What is the thought regarding the "100" stamp with the oval zeros as opposed to the more usual Wächtler & Lange "100" stamp with the round zeros? Can both types be found on originals?

I wasn't sure what to conclude from this older thread showing Oleg's badges.

        Best regards,
        ---Norm
