Opinions on Zimmerman EK1 please!

Hi guys, what are your opinions on this cross? Worth the £185 price tag despite the damage to the beading near the swastika?

IMO the Swastika is ok! looks like file marks on frame beading or perhaps just wear? this cross has a very good look! I like it however agree a better example can be found! But this one is an awarded and probably been there piece! Or perhaps poorly stored? I like it!

I can't help to think that the core might have been messed with. i do not think that the marks at the center of the frame can be explained by wear?

I would pass on this one, also when you think of the pricetag.

comparing it to my 20 eki it's good - however i would pass on this one as it's pricey...i picked up a cased 20 in far better condition recently for only slightly more than the £185 you mention....

I own an EK1 which has been filed at the Swaz, half hearted attempt to denazify, then the owner thought better of it and left it. Nice Zimmermann
cross, I like these EK1's lots of character.
