what do you guys think of this Spange ? (ive never owned anything like this before)

buyer is not sure if its maker marked, he doesn't want to damage the prongs

also do you think the brown stuff can be cleaned off a little?

(its on hold for me, i just got to get the funds posted. - its on the e-stand)
