Feeling deeply sorry for the death of a 94 year old man, for me that is wrong.
He lived his life and many of his comrades died 60-70 years ago. Now thats sad.
We should be happy he was able to reach 94 years old, and not sad, because in the end, he survived the war and was able to tell the story for another 65 years.

If mourning the death of a man, regardless of his age, is "wrong" to you, then I believe that the bell is tolling for your values, and THAT is indeed, cause to mourn.I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.....Comment

Celebration of someone's life, not mourning their passing.
Gee... posted this and Bobcam1 slipped in before me. Guess I am saying that it is better to focus on the positive aspects of what an individual gave to the world, than to focus on that which we can not change... death.

Passing on at 94 years of age he got more years than most people get.
With everything he went through even in death he was a lucky man.
A Hero.
