Ek2 clasp L/13 ??

Hi guys I can't find much info on these,Gordons book doe's not list L/13 as a known maker of Ek2 clasps BUT doe's for Ek1 clasps. Why would a maker make one and not the other? I have found threads but no one seems to agree on what is fake or real. This clasp looks good but at this point ???Thanks in advance for any help!
