RK Ribbon

Can someone tell me the width of the ribbon used for tieing the RK ribbon together? Thanks

The narrow ribbon ties were seldom, if ever used on original RK wearing ribbons....seeing these is usually a red flag that something isn't right w/ the RK

I have a roll of ribbon that I thought was for spanges and then I saw the same ribbon attached to the RK ribbon. What did they use to tie these ribbons together? Thanks

For the award ceremony, the full length ribbon was typically pinned together. The RKT would then cut the ribbon, or have a tailor modify a portion of it to be worn w/ the uniform. There are many variations w/ wearing ribbons...elastic, hooks etc etc
