        there 2 reasons:

        1- typical date from this manufacturer
        2- flaw on a bead as indicated

                I've looked at the beading under a loop but can't see any flaw. Can you point it out in a picture?

                  It's not a flaw, but rather a single "fat" bead in the beading rim.
