Deschler DKIS Opinions

Been having trouble uploading pics so I hope this works.
A friend of mine has this DKIS and I have a chance to get it. Her is not an expert and either am I for sure. Can you take a look and let me know what you think. Seems heavy at 76.1g, scratches around some of the rivets, otherwise I really don't know what I am looking at. All help appreciated.

Thanks to all who commented and attached pics of good ones. I am archiving those for future use. Will give him the bad news gently. Will try to get up pics of what I believe is a good spanish cross I have for comment. Had trouble posting it a week or so ago. Thanks again all. You saved me this time.
