My new ubergrosse with...

It's not the best condition but... with mm. I think it's 72. If you have any cross or medal with mm72 please show it to compare.

Nice original Ubergrosse, not sure about the makers mark though. I've never seen a '72' marked EK. Possibly a post war addition bit it would be great if it wasn't!

I really don't think that makermark is a wartime mark. Übergrosse are normaly never marked.
But a good cross..

Could be a "71" (Rudolf Leukert), or a "77" (Bayerische Hauptmunzamt,Munchen). Probably the latter.

IMO it's can be 72. Marked in blue is scratch - 100%. With regular EK I can agree that sb can put some stamp to upgrade value, but with Übergroße?
