Ok I'll give it a shot. Left hand one looks genuine and very nice but don't know why the wreath should have darkened so heavily. Right hand one I don't like at all- wreath is wrong and looks cast, everything else is slightly off so would leave that one be.
Hopefully, Dietrich will chime in for you. Again, IMO the LW one is original, with very, very slight mothing and a wreath which has lost its gilting, but is still very attractive and unworn. The black one has, IMO, incorrect backing to the center, too much silver thread and too little gray thread and what gray there is appears to lack the "luster" I personally like to see on the thread. The wreath looks strange and there are other problems, too, but I have learned to
(almost) "never say never".
The left is a good Luft, the one on the right is a fake! odd patina on the Luft example, the other is all wrong from too small swastika with poor silver edge and poor wreath!

The LW one looks good as everyone has said. The wreath, with the expected die flaw in the '9' is a strong indicator. With the metal wire around the wreath looking like it has a "rounded" cross-section, I believe Dietrich classifies this as a "Type 2" in his The German Cross book (though clearer closeups of that and the silver thread used in the silver rays would better help to determine which Type.)
