    and my initial impression was that I didn't like it . Frank yours doesnt seem to have the same cross hatching pattern in the inside corners of the beading or am I seeing things?

      I think you are seeing things, the crosshatching looks exactly the same to me.

        Maybe it's the lighting on Roberts pic. Robert is your core loose? Frank on yours the date is much more centered, Roberts is way to the left.

        P.S. Robert, don't worry about your EK, I'm just a novice trying to learn so my opinion is not likely to be the correct one at all

          Dear Sal,

          Yes, differences you might see are due to lighting, not real differences.

          Even if the core is NOT loose it might have been shifted a bit before assembly and is firmly stuck that way. Not something that should cause concern.
