Help ID this unknown award

My apologies for posting in the obviously incorrect forum but I don't know where else to try and it IS a cross.

Award reads: BONNER BURGER-VEREIN 1935 and measures 2 1/4 inches square. On the back there is a jeweler's stamp that reads "V.Lilienweiss Bonn". Very nice enamel.
