Here is my new addition to the collection.

In Gordon’s book it’s called an intermediate pattern,
there is a picture on page 169,
the only difference is.., my is a pinback.

I don't own Gordon's book. What year were the intermediate versions manufactured and why were they called intermediate? Was this the post-scalloped version? Is there a flaw on the numeral 3 of the date, or is that merely the pic?


Any idea who made it?

Yes there is a flaw on “3”, the one in the book has the same flaw.<O

Just to clarify, "intermediate" was not any form of official classification just my own - had to call it something. These I believe came after the scalloped version and before the regular pattern.
