Looks good to me.
I'd say it could be a '14' - L. Chr. Lauer, there's quite a few unmarked versions of these popping up lately.

I don't konw this manufacturer but Danny and Adrian have had a very good eye
and a so fine and detailed cross in my opinion could not be a fake.
