Well there is a big casting pit on the suspention ring so I my first impression is no.

Details are fair but I find it very rough on the egdes

To lousy/sloppy made. Smells Latvian to me.

I am afraid that it is a fake. Original KVKs were wellmade with crisp details. The oakleaves on this cross are badly cut/configurated in places and it has a patina that is usually found on modern fakes. I also do not like the area were the manufacturer date is located. I would walk away from this cross.
