RK ribbon for review

ok would like some help on the ribbon,,,looks to be right size,,and doesnt glow,,,how do I tell,,thanks Greg

Offhand, the stitch count for the white band looks to be about 18 versus the known good RK ribbons of 23, 24, 25 or 30.
