I say that if it is original, though it is a piece of replenishment by loss or damage, could be of the 1970s.

This is a replacement medal made for veterans in the Spanish blue Division in late 60´s. The same maker did more of these in late 50´s and early 60´s with some diferences.
Value is slightly lower than an period medal, but not too much.
Just get a nice ribbon and you´ll get a nice piece.
