OK-- so when are you going to let us know who the maker was?

I would love to be able to handle a couple original RK's. I have a hard
time justifying the cost of a 1914 EK1

He's not really a vindictive guy, I'm sure he would send you your stuff

Detlev posted a copy of the L12 RK, which is not the Round Corner RK. This notice probably belongs in the other thread, Part Three.

Not a problem. Here's why. Some might have pointed to that RK as being the Round Corner fake, now they won't so it's very helpful.

Since there wasn't much of a response to my comment on the "3" in the dates of the round cornered cross and the black and white Regimental photo, if you look at the "balls" in the numbers of the round cornered cross they are all level and there is a gap between the ball and the middle of the 3. In the date of the black and white photo, the ball of the 3 is above the others and nearly touches the middle of the 3.

The dates appear to me definately different.

              Regards,
              Brett

I thought I at least agreed with you that the '3's were different. I don't think the regimental is a Round Corner

My dad says the rounders have a teeny tiny sometimes hard to see 800 under the eye on the back I hope this picture shows it.

I was told by Greg and my Dad and the Houston guys that all medals speciallyRK's are tricky and you got to take your time. You must check out a bunch of stuff because somethings may not be right like the size weight rims eye ring some are marked wrong and some bad ones are marked right. You a bunch of books and you need a laptop with Gordons CD at shows to check things. you also got to know who you are buying from in case its not a good one later on.
I'll never have enuff money to get one so when my dad dies I get this one. he said so.
