I hope you have better pics of the date and mark, but to me it looks like the FAKE L/16 screwbacks from these indistinct pics. The main difference for me is in the overall quality and the numeral 3.

IMO not good, others here have orginal L/16 screwbacks and will be able to show you the difference.

The threaded post, anti spinning spike ?? ( what ever it's called), the date ,the screw are all different.
