It's nice to see more examples. I'm wondering if the cross-hatched variant came first or the other frame. I've also seen unmarked '27's without the cross-hatched frames, so it's hard to say. There's a thread (I should have found it and posted it here) of cross-hatched crosses. It's amazing how many makers had cross-hatched frames. Perhaps some of their frames are the same as these.
