I'll stick with my original thoughts on it being an S&L type. Several makers used this type of frame so it would be impossible to nail an unmarked EK to a specific manufacturer.
It's not an Übergrosse, though I can understand someone would take it for one at a quick glance, as three inner corners are filed down and one is left unfiled.. But it's the wrong corner unfiled..
