    This is an unknown maker, but the cross is known as "Swastika on a Base". If you look at the swastika you will see that it appears to be raised (look between the legs). Jim

      Jim,
      it acts much like massiv , my other two
      and has the same touch , finger-print my Schinkel-B on ribbon
