    EK2 Marker identification requested

    All,

    Another member has asked if I could identify the maker of this EK2. Alas, I couldn't so I turn it over to you to see if you can.

                It's interesting to see all of the die flaws in the frame of this later period pre-'45 cross. Like the others, this maker is one of my favorites.

                  definitly a "6" Fritz Zimmermann. I like them like Robert too.
                  The fat beading and good manufacturing quality make them a very interestind EK 2nd class.

                    As the member that Richard posted the query for I would like to acknowledge all those people that replied as their help was very much appreciated. It is excellent news for me to get such a positive identification of the cross.
                    The thing that never fails to amaze me is how you can tell the difference between so many crosses.

                    Of course I also want to thank Richard who was very kind to take the time to post the thread……many thanks everyone.
