NAG should mean Nah Aufklarungs Gruppe which might be translated into Close Range Reconnaissance (English ?) Group (a LW flying unit)
Hope this helps and correct me if I'm wrong

PS Edit : the arabic number means the 2nd "group" (maybe staffel would be more appropriate but I don't know the English equivalent) of this unit.
