        One more.
And there is a 128 markes stamp on the ring.

And I think its only rust commint tru on the core, not repainted.

        Regards

Strange... it doesn't look at all like my '128'...

I am no expert whatsoever, However the top of the numeral 1 looks strange to me, Especially when compared to the '128' as posted by Danny....
Antone else have a thought on that?

Thanks a lot for your replyes.
I got this from an old colector friend who had it in his collection for many years.
I know he got most of his collection in the 50 and 60's , but I dont know when he got this one.
And I know he stoped getting new medals to his cellection in the early 80's , because he thougt the prices was to high .

So again thanks a lot, and I hope someone else would come and have a look at thise one.

                Regards

The cross is original to me. I have to agree with redfaced though. It does indeed appear to been repainted at one point.

                    Thanks Peter
And regarding the repaint, I'm shure you and redfaced know this much better than me.
                    Thanks again.

                      looks blistered rather than repainted.

I also think it is a good, original example. Here is mine for comparison....

Those are not blisters. It is an old surface with old paint covered again with new paint. The shine of the paint is another red flag.

And it looks like there is paint on the frame which would also hint that it had been repainted after it had been assembled.
