Spange Same Maker??

Are these two Spange from the Same Maker? The one is LII and the other is unmarked. I see the same characteristics in both Spange except the "3" is different. Is the unmarked one the earlier verson of LII?? I appreciate all your help. The more I look at my awards the more I need to ask questions? Thanks

second one is a different maker. I've only seen this one unmarked, and is pretty much accepted as original
