Unfortunately, I believe this one to be a fake purporting to be a Schinkel B-type.
It lacks the rounded 3's.

I believe it's an official post war version (maybe Souval) for veterans.
Niemann sold this version than an original rare version.

It's an interesting EK II for the EK-collector, but for the "normal" collector it's nothing.

They crancked out every imagineable badge after the war, ek's included.
Why start a completely different design when you still can use your own dies???

The post war KC's by Souval (L/58) have the same distinctive number design (specially 3).
