Yesterday I went to a hobby shop and I found a plastic model kit of a WF 190-8. The kit is by Eduard Model Company from Czech Republic. Inside the box were the plane and a piece of metal that is supposed to be from the real shot down German plane. It comes with a certificate of authenticity by a Czech museum, however as some said “a paper is just a paper,” so I really don’t care too much about this piece of metal.
My first questions is: Have any of you see this model?
But the nice think is that the with the kit inside the box there is a beautiful full scale replica Knight Cross of the Iron Cross with oak leaves!!!!! (the pilot from the shot down plane was a winner of these awards). It looks really nice (impressive), I have never had a real Knight Cross in my hands, so I just can imagine how the real thing looks like. If I buy this kit would be just because of the Knight Cross.
The possibilities that I buy or have a real Knight Cross are none. My second question is: Should I buy this kit just for the Cross or should I wait to see if I can get a post 1945 replica of the award? Not even a 1957 but a good quality “fake” or replica.

(I leaned already), but I do not why I cannot get in. There is one nice reproduction now for sale here but it do not have price. HOw much do they cost (more or less)?
