Hi Guys!
I wish to buy from Gary T the number1 EK2 for a v. good price of £30 - will any of you kind experts help a novice & verify if it is "legit" Gary T is unsure?

It looks like a genuine one to me, it's a bit salty but the price is great if you're not bothered. Infact some collectors only collect salty awards. You won't get many chances to pick up a genuine cross for £30.00.
Remember you have 7 days after receiving the item to send it back "no questions asked", so you can buy it, post your own photos on here & then get opinions over a few days as to whether it's genuine.

No problem Hadrian, we all had to start out at some point, i've not been collecting very long, but what i have learnt on this Forum in a matter of a few months is incredible. Let us know how it goes & put up some pictures if you can.
Will it be your first EK?
I'll never forget my first EK, the feeling you get when you 1st hold one is incredible (and addictive).

Although not my first EK, my knowledge is lacking -but - my paranoia is mega!!
I am learning all the time & "yes" TR medals & badges are addictive but this forum even moreso

I think paranoia while collecting TR militaria is quite healthy.
I keep thinking i'm learning well, then someone posts an EK II on this Forum that's a fake, but i gotta say it would fool me out at a militaria fair. I only buy EK's off the e-stand or dealers with a cast iron guarentee.
