Hi William, ...the guy that wanted to sell these to me said that he was in the South of Wales in the UK and that he actually wanted to meet up to hand these over rather then just send them in the mail and that he had bought the pieces 10-15 years ago......what was the story with the guy that offered that DK to you? The reason these are thought to be of Latvian production is due to the wreath and the folds near the 1941 date.

My initial reaction too on the RK was that the swastika looked to large and the arms too wide at the bases.
