    De Nazified Ek1

I've never seen a EK1 with a bit of frame showing on the inside of the beading like there is on this one. Opinions?

The core of some iron croses is hollow. If the swastika on those is removed you will see the reverse interior.

      Hello,
Do you mean that at 4 oclock the core does not quite reach the beadwork and that there is a gap?

I see that too, could it be flash? I have an Imperial EK2 with flash on the inside part of the frame.

Can't tell if its a gap or flash. Seems like if it was a gap there would be a corresponding gap at 10 o'clock. If it's flash, it seems like something that the manufacturer wouldn't let out of the shop... haven't heard from the seller, Anyway, its a flat threepiece with a magnetic core thats not loose. What do ya think????

Looks like a nice original cross. Possibly maker-marked, looks like there might be something below the pin at bottom of reverse.

Unless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.

Really cool cross, I wish I knew the story behind it (maybe even seen a POW camp).
