True, but it's strange that they reply to one e-mail address quickly & then leave potential future customers waiting over 24 hours! I know they will probably sell all the EK's anyway, but they are loosing potential future customers here.
I must add that i have dealt with quite a few other militaria dealers & they nearly all give the best service i have had from anyone in any industry

Exactly. Learn the ropes. I ask sellers/dealers which is the best way to buy/order - "Do I order on the long form, or do I order through a personal e-mail?" Sometimes I do both to cover both bases, and sometimes I even call their land-line to speak directly to them. Every situation is vastly different. Get to know the people (person) who runs the show, and get the piece you want when you see it (first).

I got my mailing information today from Andreas Dorn (cross was bought on Thuesday).

I got that mint "100" EK2 from the last update (03-09-2007) for 117 euro, including shipping and handling.

The company is a wonderful group of people, especially Kay, who are eager to work with people. Recently I bought these three crosses, and they asked me if I still wanted the 1st Class Spange I had on hold. I had totally forgotten about it, but they were kind enough to keep it on hold for me. It must have been at least (45) days. I was sure that I had gone beyond my boundries in forgetting, but they were so polite about it. I like shopping with them. Good team of people for sure.

I have to echo what Robert said about Weitze's team - especially Kay. Great people, easy to work with and - in my case anyway - very quick to reply to emails. Kay also lets me hold a few items to help save of shipping. He's a great guy to work with
