If it were me, I would buy a nice display cabinet ( or a couple ). I use coin easels, which are perfect. Do you usually keep the EKII's boxed up like the other badges?

No, I just keep them in the Riker mounts and store them away. I have my thoughts on buying glass cases to display my two tunics, a Waffenrock and an M36/40. I have a few nicer EK's and badges on wall displays, enough to admire. My biggest display in the room is a museum quality wood model of the USS Constitution, 'Old Ironsides.' It takes up one wall, 4' long and 4'-6" tall. It's under construction, and when it's finally complete I'll show her off here on the forum. It's been my lifelong dream to build the model. I went to Boston last fall and toured the actual ship for three solid days. Hundreds of photos. Off topic, sorry.
