    Cased German Cross-Gold-w/cellophane

Like I said earlier, if the pictures look good, it's the tutelage of Jeff VanHofwegen. If they're bad, it's my failure. Knight's Cross in the case w/ cellophane as issued will be next.

                Hello

If my eyes aren't deceiving me, that looks like a very mint, very nice lightweight version of the DKiG from Zimmerman.

                Regards
                David

I wonder where these crosses are coming from all of a sudden.Within a year I see that they have been found in an attic.Dealers now have them. They are turning up on this forum. Is this just coincidence?Or has someone started making them again.

Mine was found in a house that was being cleaned and renovated. It was found along with about 10 higher ranking NSDAP armbands, a cased KC, a 2nd and 1st Class Eagle Order (in German Cross Case and KC case) and other various badges and cloth items. The guy cleaning the house was hired to empty it out. Also, 3rd Division patches and documentation was found with my items.

                        Hi,
Yes,its just amazing. The people who owned them are now dying off. That would account for so many appearing within a short space of time.
                        Cheers
